ORDINI & SPEDIZIONI
Tutta la produzione brand0 è realizzata a mano nel nostro laboratorio, i tempi di lavorazione sono variabili e saranno comunicati al Cliente.Tutti gli ordini saranno evasi nel minor tempo possibile.
La data della spedizione ed il relativo codice di tracciabilità saranno comunicati al Cliente tramite e-mail.
Nel caso in cui il prodotto non fosse disponibile sarà comunicato al Cliente il tempo necessario per la realizzazione.
PAGAMENTO
Sono accettati unicamente pagamenti effettuati tramite PayPal.Eventualmente e solo previa Nostra autorizzazione scritta il pagamento potrà essere effettuato con bonifico bancario anticipato.
RESI & SOSTITUZIONI
Gli eventuali resi da parte del Cliente potranno avvenire solo previa Nostra autorizzazione scritta.Nel caso di merce consegnata danneggiata il Cliente è tenuto a contattarci tramite e-mail info@brand0.it entro 3 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della stessa, allegando le foto dell'oggetto danneggiato e dell'imballaggio.
Nel caso in cui il Cliente volesse, entro i termini di legge, procedere alla sostituzione dell'oggetto con uno di taglia differente o con un altro oggetto le spese di spedizione saranno interamente a carico dello stesso.
MISURE & PERSONALIZZAZIONI
Il Cliente può indicare la misura del dito al quale vorrà indossare l'anello e la misura del polso per il bracciale durante la fase di acquisto tramite PayPal nella sezione “Istruzioni per il commerciante”.Consigliamo di verificare la propria misura tramite l'utilizzo degli appositi strumenti presso un’oreficeria o una gioielleria, specificando la scala utilizzata per la misurazione del dito e l'unità di misura per il bracciale.
Misure estremamente piccole o grandi potrebbero comportare una maggiorazione del prezzo del prodotto o l'impossibilità della realizzazione: per chiarimenti contattateci tramite e-mail info@brand0.it prima di effettuare l’acquisto.
I prodotti brand0 possono essere personalizzati: valuteremo la richiesta del Cliente e nel caso in cui la realizzazione fosse possibile indicheremo i costi aggiuntivi, i tempi di consegna e le eventuali variazioni ai termini di reso e di sostituzione dell’oggetto personalizzato.
Nel caso di una richiesta per la realizzazione di un “pezzo unico” (non in produzione) il lavoro sarà concordato preventivamente e privatamente col Cliente.
MATERIALI
I nostri prodotti sono realizzati in argento 925‰, su richiesta del cliente possiamo utilizzare oro 750‰ giallo, bianco o rosa.Tutti i prodotti brand0 sono punzonati con i marchi per identificare il produttore, il tipo di metallo prezioso usato e la relativa titolazione(D.Lgs. n.251 del 22 maggio 1999 e D.P.R. n.150 del 30 maggio 2002).

PRICES & PRODUCTS
The prices of our products are indicated in euro(€) and include taxes(VAT).The final price indicated in the shopping cart includes shipping costs.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
All brand0 production is done by hand in our workshop, consequently work times are variable and will be communicated to the Customer.All orders will be handled in the shortest time possible.
The shipping date and relative tracking code will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail.
In cases where the product is not available, the time needed to create it will be communicated to the Customer.
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted only via Paypal.It is possible, with our previous written agreement, to make payment via bank transfer in advance.
RETURNS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Eventual returns by the Customer can take place only after our written authorization.In the case of merchandise delivered in damaged condition, the Customer should contact info@brand0.it within 3 working days of reception, attaching a photograph of the damaged object and its packaging.
If the Customer would like, within the terms of the law, to proceed with a substitution of the object, with one of a different size or with a different object, the shipping cost will be entirely at their cost.
MEASURES & PERSONALIZATIONS
The Customer can indicate the finger size of the person who will wear the ring and the wrist size for the bracelet during the time of acquisition, via Paypal, in the section “Add special instructions to the seller”.We advise verifying measurements by use of an instrument provided by a goldsmith or jeweler, specifying the scale used for measuring the finger and the unit of measurement for the bracelet.
Extremely small or large sizes may involve an increase in product price or the impossibility of its creation: for clarifications please contact us via e-mail at info@brand0.it before completing the purchase.
brand0 products can be personalized: we will evaluate the Customer’s request and if this is possible we will indicate the additional costs, delivery times and possible variations to the terms for return or substitution of the personalized object.
In case of a request for a “unique piece” (not in production) the work will be agreed upon with the Customer in advance and privately.
MATERIALS
Our products are made in solid .925 sterling silver, upon Customer request we can use18ct yellow, white or pink gold.All brand0 products are hallmarked with the brand to identify the producer, the type of precious metal used and the relative titration (Legislative Decree n. 251 of 22 May 1999 and D.P.R. n. 150 of 30 May 2002).
